Swiss-Belcourt Kupang

First impression of the hotel - IG fanatics would love this hotel because of the decoration. It's decorated with various styles of chairs everywhere, fun and colorful, creating a happy atmosphere. Love the stay here though it's just a one night stay before the flight to Bali. Check-in and check-out very smooth. Very friendly and efficient front desk staffs. Since I arrived before noon, hotel gave me an early check-in, also quickly react to a little problem in my room. They can help you to order Grab car in case you don't have the app. Hotel is not that far from the Kupang airport. Lots of good restaurants, convenient stores and beach within walking distance. It's definitely worth to pay a little bit more for a seaview room - the seaview and sunset is stunning!!! Even the elevator is made with glass so you can enjoy the seaview while going up and down. Breakfast is buffet and mainly Indonesian style, taste is fine. Shower water pressure is good. The only flaw I can find is restaurant service was pretty slow and not that attentive. I was the only guest at the restaurant during dinner, maybe they were busy with the takeaway/ room service, so been waiting for a long time for food. Luckily, taste of the chicken was delicious. It's a shame the hotel doesn't have swimming pool so you can only go to the beach right in front of the hotel. Anyway, I will surely book Swiss Belcourt Kupang again and highly recommend to all travellers visiting Kupang.
Harbour Komodo Hotel

THIS IS THE PLACE! Conveniently located, clean hotel with extremely attentive staff. This is one of the few places where i did not feel the need to keep my sandals to take a shower. Bathroom was visibly well cleaned, as well as floors and bedding. Room is stocked with the standard 2 water bottles. Unlike many other hotels, this one has an elevator. Friendly staff are always waiting at the 24-hour front desk and just outside the lobby to help with anything. Pretty well insulated from outside noise despite being on the main street. Only minor issue is air conditioner is positioned a distance from the bed but we resolved that by closing the bathroom door to minimize loss of air flow. Would absolutely stay here again.
Waecicu Eden Beach Hotel

Very cute hotel far away from the hussel and bussel of everything. While the distance might inconvenience some, that was exactly what we were looking for. As mentioned in the other comments, the hotel isn’t the easiest to get to as you have to go down a little goat path if you come in from the top of the mountain. Definitely recommend getting the shuttle offered by the hotel to pick you up from the airport as our taxi driver had a hard time finding it haha. Super friendly staff, ready to help no matter the issue, even carried our (and in my case very heavy) suitcases down the path. Food is average but prepared with care. Electricity and (hot) water is limited and internet is only available in the main area from 6-9pm but they extended that time for us as we were the only people there at that time. Cute little beach in front of the hotel though there is a lot of trash (not the hotel’s fault- visible across all the islands) Just 1 tip: BRING MOSQUITO SPRAY! 🤭

Mohini Komodo Resort

Super nice experience🥰The resort has an excellent environment, you can see the sea, and the swimming pool is the cleanest I have seen in Indonesia, super photogenic📷The food in the restaurant bar is very delicious, and it is very pleasant to enjoy it while enjoying the sea breeze. Every waiter who received us was very enthusiastic and thoughtful. They helped us book the Komodo itinerary and contact the speedboat, which made travel convenient and safe. The tour was very enjoyable. Both the boatman and the guide were very conscientious, simple and kind, and saved us a lot of time and money. The overall cost-effectiveness is very high, and it brings us beautiful and profound memories. My friends and I unanimously decided to stay in Mohini again if we have the chance🩵

Spacious room, clean, the room was cold & fragrant when checked in, the bed & bed cover were clean, nice, the bathroom was spacious and the room dryer was good. Add extra bed as ordered and free. View from the room veranda can see the sea, garden, hills. Very comfortable atmosphere.

The hotel is opposite the Sylvia Hotel. The rooms are in general sanitary condition. The room is on a hillside. The hotel is on a very steep slope. The roads and beaches are average. The breakfast is very simple. The conditions for a rowboat to play nearby are much worse than Sylvia, but the price is also cheaper. Generally, it is very good for people who travel in an adventure spirit.

Really great! Service was mostly good, when we went on a trip we weren't aware that we had meal options and I have dietary restrictions that would have been beneficial had they taken them into account, which was also weird since we did ask for special meals for the early breakfast. The town is beautiful and there are many wonderful restaurants. The rooms were also really wonderful and were nice for relaxing in.

he location is excellent, and the staff is friendly! However, we hope the hotel can improve its soundproofing—it's quite poor. We could hear people walking outside the door, the noise from the air conditioner compressor, and some unidentified sounds. As a result, we were unable to get a restful sleep after our sailing trips. Additionally, the bedsheets and pillow covers were slightly dirty with some stains on them.
