Reviews: Australia - Uluru Ayers Rock Camel Ride [Watching Sunrise and Sunset + Multiple timeslot to Choose from + Hotel Pickup + Professional English guide+ Optional Snack and Drink Tour]
Guest User2026-03-11
I finally got to ride a camel on a sunrise tour 🐫☀️ The staff were really nice and took lots of photos with Ayers Rock in the background, making it a truly enjoyable experience! There was also a baby camel, which was very cute. There were also cows in the back, which made me very happy as I love cows! On the way back, I realized I had left my water bottle at the ranch, so they took me back to the ranch. I was planning to walk back from there, but they said, "Come on in😄" and took the trouble to drive me back to the hotel, which I was really grateful for 😭 Thank you so much!
Reviews: Camel Ride in Uluru-Kata Tjuta, Australia (Sunrise/Sunset/Daytime/ Round-trip Trip/Meals Optional)

The only slight regret was not being able to book a sunset camel ride; we ended up choosing a daytime one. If you want to experience the sunset, remember to book in advance. Although it was a bit of a disappointment, the daytime camel ride was quite unique. The camels were very gentle and obedient, and walking through the desert was still very pleasant.

Reviews: Australia + Northern Territory Uluru [Ayers Rock | Camel Ride to Watch Sunrise and Sunset]

Riding a camel was a truly special experience! The camels here are very well cared for. Each and every one of them was receiving meticulous attention. I booked the sunrise point, but it was really cold in August. Make sure to dress warmly and bring hand warmers!!
