There is a booth right before you enter the airport MRT. You can just show your QR code without saying a word haha. They give you a card randomly, but it's actually pretty cute! If you don't mind the design, go ahead and buy one at a low price~~★

This pass allows you to travel between Taoyuan Airport and Taipei Main Station, and provides unlimited rides on the Taipei Metro without needing to top up your balance. It's extremely convenient if you plan to use the subway to some extent. I would definitely use it again if I use Taoyuan Airport in the future.★
