A professional tour guide. Besides providing expert commentary, they were also attentive to the needs of each group member. For example, they constantly inquired about the health and well-being of other elderly members and offered suggestions on alternative itineraries. Highly recommended to anyone traveling to Xi'an! :)

Our guide Adam picked us up with the tour bus, picked up a few others on the way, and we spent the day as per itinerary. A great guide, great weather and a great time. Really enjoyed the Warriors despite the large crowds. Highly recommended.
Reviews: Xi'an Half-Day Tour to Terracotta Warriors at Emperor Qin's Mausoleum Site Museum – Expert Guide & Hotel Transfer Available

This travel agency is the best I've ever used since I started booking tours through Ctrip. Their pre-sales customer service was incredibly responsive and tried their best to meet all my requests. They were professional throughout, prioritizing the customer's needs. When I mentioned I was traveling with elderly relatives, they drove to the closest point to the hotel. When I mentioned needing to change the itinerary, customer service immediately made adjustments, so I didn't need to cancel or rebook. It was truly worry-free and convenient. Their after-sales service exceeded my expectations. On the day of the tour, I asked if I could add a last-minute addition to the itinerary to see the bronze chariots and horses. Our guide, Cici, worked tirelessly to communicate with the travel agency. They not only helped coordinate a new guide/interpreter, but also arranged for a car to take us back because they couldn't use their original vehicle due to the added itinerary. Their service was truly surprising and wonderful. The guides/interpreters used by the travel agency were also of very high quality. They were not only highly knowledgeable but also polite and had excellent service attitudes. Although my last-minute addition disrupted their original arrangements, Cici remained courteous and tried her best to coordinate. She did her best throughout the entire trip. Even when it was crowded, she still helped find the best seats for her explanations. Later, the travel agency arranged for Louis, a new guide/interpreter, to explain the bronze chariots and horses to us on the new itinerary. I must give Louis a huge thumbs up! I originally just wanted to check off some sights, but I unexpectedly received a history lesson. He has an incredibly extensive knowledge of the Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum and the bronze chariots and horses; listening to his explanations was both interesting and very informative. Louis is not only highly knowledgeable, but he is also the most dedicated and hardworking guide I have ever met, bar none. To avoid wasting our time, he even considered skipping lunch, but thankfully he did, otherwise, I would have felt really bad. A huge thank you to the travel agency and the two excellent guides, Louis and Cici. Thank you for making today's itinerary better than expected, and for going the extra mile. Although it wasn't necessary, you still did it, and it exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much!

The service throughout the entire trip was excellent. Our tour guide, Ms. Lan, was very friendly and helped us solve any problems and arrange the itinerary. Her explanations along the way were also very detailed, making the entire visit even more interesting. She was very considerate of the two of us from Hong Kong, handling everything from ticket purchases to communication with us. My package included the "Everlasting Regret" performance, which you absolutely must see! The performance was spectacular, and they even arranged our return transportation, which was very convenient and cost-effective!

I took my foreign friends to visit the Terracotta Army. They found it absolutely fascinating. Our English tour guide was lively and engaging, making the whole experience wonderful. The staff contacted us one day in advance, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this service.
Reviews: Xi'an Small Group Day Tour (Chinese/English): Terracotta Warriors + City Wall + Big Wild Goose Pagoda + Muslim Quarter - No Shopping

Excellent one-day tour in Xi'an! We visited the main highlights: the majestic Big Wild Goose Pagoda (大雁塔), the awe-inspiring Terracotta Army (兵马俑), walked along the ancient City Wall (城墙), and immersed ourselves in the atmosphere of the Muslim Quarter (回民街), where we tried the famous biangbiang noodles (面). Special thanks to our guide Angie - who led the tour with deep knowledge and enthusiasm. The driver was punctual and careful, making the trip comfortable. The tour was very informative, well-organized, and truly engaging. We got a lot of impressions and learned so much about Xi'an's rich history. Definitely recommended!
