The services provided by the airline, hotel, and Ctrip were all impeccable. Airport transfers weren't cheap, but they were convenient. For the return trip from Hong Kong to Beijing, I don't recommend booking a transfer in advance. You can check in at Central upon departure and buy one-way tickets for the Airport Express. A package ticket for a family of three is cheaper and offers more flexibility and guaranteed departure times. Overall, I was satisfied.
