During my trip to Ho Chi Minh City, I booked the "Shinrin Body Massage 120’ " experience on Trip, and I was truly satisfied. The spa has a quiet and clean atmosphere, creating a relaxing feeling right from the moment I walked in. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the therapists were highly skilled. Their professional massage techniques helped relieve the fatigue I had from days of traveling. After the session, my body felt much lighter and more comfortable. Everything was well-prepared, from the treatment room to the essential oils used, making the entire experience soothing and enjoyable. Because I was so impressed, I gave a 5-star rating for the "Shinrin Body Massage 120’ " service on Trip. As a lovely bonus, I was also given a meal set, which made the experience even more complete and memorable. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance!

Very good, I contacted the spa in advance, booked an appointment for my preferred time, and added more treatments. The place is beautifully decorated, the staff is very attentive, and I was able to arrive almost an hour early (they accommodated me without any problems).

This is my second time visiting I-Resort. My impressions are just as positive as after my first visit. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. There are both cool and hot baths, so spending the whole day in the open sun was wonderful. If the sun is hot, you can cool off, and after the cold waterfalls, you can warm up. They provide towels (and even swimsuits) at the entrance, which is very convenient; you don't need to pack a lot. There are also food and shower facilities. I saw hair dryers in the women's changing rooms.

The facility is clean and new. We didn't have any trouble finding the place. The staff are well mannered and considerate. They seem to be in a rush but it's just how they are.
