When you have a great tutor who is super lovely, informative and gives out fabulous instructions for authentic Italian dishes you end up with a fabulous three course meal which you enjoy with a great bunch of people. Food was so delicious and we look forward to rustling up the dishes back at home.

OMG-Amazing experience! We made five gelatos/sorbets and tasted them with >10 add-in flavors. The chefs were so knowledgeable about ingredients, flavor combinations, and methods. They were also personable and happy to answer all questions. I can’t wait to make gelato at home!

I had the best wine tasting experience I have ever had. The wine tour was amazing and wonderful with Olympia being very deep in her knowledge and history behind the Valpolicella winery. The wine tasting was delicious and to know that this winery only makes 15,000 bottles a year just shows how much time and care they put into making their wine taste so good. The views are stunning and I can’t help but recommend Tenuta Santa Maria Valverde wine tour/tasting enough! I will definitely be back :)
