I had many booking channels, but ultimately chose Ctrip because their Black Diamond membership makes communication easier with any issues. The visit itself was fine; three hours was about right—just enough time to experience and see what the glacier was like. It was pretty good, and the photos turned out quite well.★

It was a truly wonderful experience. The local guide was friendly and fully expert on glaciers and driving the jeep. This is a must-do tour when visiting Iceland.★

Our tour guide, Miss Jin, was from Poland, but she was like a friendly girl next door, speaking fluent Chinese. The day's itinerary was very long, a full 15 hours. Jin explained Icelandic history and culture in detail, including the origins of each attraction, and meticulously arranged every aspect of our journey. Our driver, Alex, was from Spain, a very kind and simple young man. They worked hard all day to cover the distance, without even having time for a proper meal. When we returned to Reykjavik that night, he even helped me book a taxi back to the hotel from the pick-up point. Despite the 15-hour journey, we didn't feel tired at all; instead, we returned to the hotel in very good spirits. Looking forward to seeing you again!★

Fannar was amazing! Great tour guide, took the time to explain things outside of the tour, took the best pictures, and made great jokes! Beautiful ice cave and was a very memorable and fantastic trip! Would definitely love to come back and recommend to anyone :)★

The blue ice caves were still quite frozen solid at the end of March. Our guide led us through several ice caves and helped us take photos. Although it was a small group of about a dozen people, everyone was busy taking pictures, making it seem a bit chaotic. I wonder if it was because it was the first bus of the morning.
