Everything was great, both with the product and with customer support. I accidentally bought three SIM cards, and then it turned out two of the phones didn't support eSIM. We ended up getting a refund for both SIM cards without any issues! Thank you!

I bought an eSIM for my vacation in Nha Trang. The internet worked perfectly, I always had a connection, even on the way to Dalat and in Dalat itself. There was only a couple of hours of poor reception one day, but otherwise, no complaints. I'll buy an eSIM next time!
