The trainer is very nice and friendly, making its easier to learn. The whole process is smooth, however, DO NOT bring the souvenir with you if you're going to the airport, the security will ask you to throw away and u'll have to line up again and do the security check all over again like i did.

Tour guide was very knowledgeable of surrounding areas and knew alot of facts and was very helpful to us as well as be helped us figure out which subway train station to take to our next stop, he was a young man cannot remember his name best. This boat had the BEST views of the statue of liberty along with views of other famous landmarks. The only downside to this is a slow boarding process because there is a steep ramp you must go up to board tbe boat, other than that this tour A+ and they also have snacks, smoothies, beer, wine, and soft drinks on board to purchase.

So there are some pros and cons with this tour. Pros are that you will avoid the rampant scams at this location and you will always go right to the front of some VERY long lines. If you want to visit Lady Liberty up close and personal AND see Ellis Island with a knowledgeable tour guide on a tight schedule, this is the tour for you. But there’s a con here: You are NOT going to have the time to see everything you want to see at each location. The Statue of Liberty offers great photo opportunities, a self guided audio tour, you can go under the Statue, and there’s a gift shop at each location. Pick two. After the 15 minute oral history that could frankly be condensed, you’ll be lucky to do two of them. There are much longer and more inclusive tours of the statue available, including a spiral staircase to the crown, but this turns it into an all day ordeal. Same deal on Ellis Island. You will have time to go upstairs, take some pictures, and go to the bathroom. I think these tours could each be lengthened by 45 minutes and they would be perfect. If you’re on a time crunch, this tour is perfect for you. If you are the type to want to see and do everything there is to do at a tourist location, you will end up being frustrated and disappointed with this one. It really just depends on what you’re looking for.
