It was very good, but exchanging tickets for the night safari and canopy ride was a bit of a hassle. It would be better if there was a little more information about the procedure. It was the only thing that bothered me, especially since everything else was so great.

We bought the cards on Trip.com and picked them up at Terminal 2 of the airport, which is where the metro goes into the city. I recommend this card to everyone, so you don't have to worry about your balance. We didn't take advantage of the discounts you get with the card; we bought all our tickets on Trip.com. But we used the metro frequently; you just swipe the card and go, worry-free.

The booking process was very easy and as long as you download the app and ask around, it's very easy to use.  There are a lot of other tourists using the Go City Pass so establishments are familiar with the redemption process. Most of the time you just have to show your QR code. I definitely recommend this if you're a first-timer in SG

My family and I were very satisfied! The Cloud Forest was especially impressive, and the cool, comfortable atmosphere inside made it a great experience. We received our QR code tickets the day after booking, which made entry very smooth. I highly recommend this place!

I booked this shower room because I wanted to use it during my layover from Penang to Kansai Airport. I had to wait a little for the shower, but it was nice to freshen up before departure (the cleanliness was so-so...). It wasn't too crowded and was quiet. They also had alcohol like beer and wine, which was great. I recommend it!
