This was my first time booking a car with Trip, and I was very worried about the timing at first. But one day before the trip, Trip sent a message with the car's license plate number and the driver's phone number, along with a picture of the location. Mr. Ting, who picked us up, was very nice, cheerful, and helped us with our luggage. Trip and the driver also called to check if we had boarded the car, which was excellent service. I was very impressed.★

The itinerary before lunch was arranged by the tour guide on the bus, and we weren't given tickets. Tickets were distributed during free time after the boat ride. Because several bridges were under repair, we wasted some time wandering around. Luzhi is a small place, and prices are relatively lower than other more famous ancient towns. The group-buying price was really good. I will continue to keep an eye on it and hope Ctrip will recommend more new and affordable tours.
