Kinda hard to find the place but it's at Shenzhen Railway Station, take lift to 3rd floor where you can find the lobby (it's on the right). Not many of the staff speak English so use translation apps, they're nice & try their best to help you. When you arrive, you shower & get dressed, then go up to the 4th flr. You can eat as many fruits, ice creams & take as many drinks (on the sides of the fruit place) as you want. On the right side : 4 TVs to play the PS5 on, & if you go further, you can find board games. On the left side : play 8-ball, himalayan salt brick area to lay down, & the restaurant, free breakfast included (7-9am) but if you want dinner or lunch then you pay extra (pay at the lobby when you leave). Best place to sleep is the comfy chair and TV area to watch movies etc. Just walk in & take any free chair, you can ask them for pillow, blanket, headphones, ear plugs. If need toilet, reserve seat for 15 mins (on TV). Massages are not included, & for full body go to 5th floor.

When I arrived at the spa, the helpfullness of the people was amazing. Everything stond ready and was taken care of. The food also very good quality. Would recommend and will go again when in the area

very good experience. Stayed around 7hrs there but not enough, Should have stay longer, facilities are all good. Love it. Especially i booked this oxigen cabin for my parents. relaxing

The ice cream machine and arcade machine should have been informed that they would be shut down after 2 AM. Otherwise, the service was good, it was comfortable to sleep in, the food was delicious, the fruits and drinks were high-quality, the arcade was fun, and the spa bath water was strong and comfortable. I would come again. However, they didn't inform me beforehand, and afterwards, the staff tried to force a tip, which was a bit much. Also, Hong Kong people speak very loudly, even at night, and they didn't actively try to stop them.

I went on Friday noon and left on Saturday. It wasn't crowded; most games and karaoke were unlimited and there were no queues. The fruit selection was plentiful and delicious. All the wormholes were first-come, first-served. It was quiet most of the time, except for a few people. The staff were very friendly and proactive. Taxi fares can be deducted from your in-store expenses, with a maximum of 30 RMB per person. All expenses are settled upon departure. 👍🏽 The overall environment was comfortable and clean, and the service was attentive.

The traditional Chinese medicine massage therapist, number 929, was very friendly and had excellent skills. I felt completely refreshed after the massage and highly recommend it. I would definitely come again if I have the chance and would also recommend therapist number 929 to everyone.
