The staff speaks Korean, and one speaks English. They can also help take photos (I think their photography skills are just average, but their enthusiasm is great). The session isn't very long; with an 8 PM ticket, you can see the sunset and how it gets dark. It's alright. If you can't communicate verbally, you can use translation software.

It's great that you can pay for hanboks in the trip.com app with a Russian card. The prices are very reasonable. Hairstyles are included. My friend and I took so many incredibly beautiful photos. I highly recommend it!

The place has two basement levels and is very clean. The process is divided into three groups, each handled by a different person: hair, foundation, and makeup. The hairstylist was very nice and had good skills. The makeup was a bit heavy, but it looked good in photos. Drinks and snacks are provided. The hairstylist will take your photos at the end. 😂
