Without a doubt, one of the best memories of our trip! Sumi and Yoshi were fantastic instructors—welcoming, warm, and incredibly kind! We are so proud of our knives! The unagi restaurant at lunchtime was delicious! We highly recommend this activity, especially with Hiro from Most Japan, who was the perfect guide, dedicated to providing us with an amazing experience! If the opportunity ever arises, we would be delighted to see them again! A huge THANK YOU to all three of them! Marc & Stéphanie
