1. The trip was delayed by an hour this morning because the driver went to the wrong hotel (originally scheduled for 08:30, arriving at 09:40). Although I confirmed the day before, the same thing happened. Customer service was proactive in helping, but the response time was slow. Therefore, I recommend keeping track of the status after booking to avoid ruining your trip. 2. The itinerary is flexible, essentially a private car with pick-up and drop-off. You can also stop and shorten waiting times along the way, making it quite flexible overall. 3. The buffet at Nong Nooch Tropical Botanical Garden was rather ordinary, and the ticket price doesn't include a shuttle bus. I suggest paying extra to avoid not being able to finish exploring the entire garden.

First all, I just want to say that I really loved our guide Noni! ❤️ He was amazing from start to finish! Been a great experience. Comfortable, spacious van and we were able to visit all the places in our itinerary (thanks Noni!) Noni was a pro, very knowledgeable, made sure we’re briefed and know where to go and what to do. He was Mr. Eveready! Not only because of his good energy but he had everything we need in the trip that I did not expect a guide will provide…powerbank? ✅ portable fan? ✅

Great value and fun! The coach is attentive and includes photos📸 Recommended! This time I took the Pattaya snorkeling day trip and the overall experience was much better than expected. Let’s start with the advantages: 1. The coach is very attentive! Safety tips and snorkeling techniques will be explained in detail before departure. Special care for group members who do not know how to swim 2. Water quality is clearer than imagined! Although Pattaya is not known for its clear water, the snorkeling spot chosen by this group (near Koh Larn/Koh Sak) has good visibility, with lots of coral and tropical fish, as well as Nemo clownfish! 3. Includes beautiful photo service! The coach will use a waterproof camera to help us take pictures, and will also take the initiative to lure the fish over for easy shooting. After the event, he will send us all the photos for free. This is really a plus! 4. Extremely good value for money! The price includes hotel transfers, snorkeling gear, and a few hours of fun all day, which is definitely worth the quality. 5. The boatman and staff are enthusiastic, the atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant, and ice water is provided to cool on board after playing on the sea! A little reminder: · It is recommended to wear a swimsuit inside before departure, as space to change after boarding is more limited. · If you are afraid of sea sick waves, remember to take dizziness pills in advance because you have to go to the open sea snorkeling point. summary: If you are thinking of coming to Pattaya for water activities and don’t want to join some too expensive luxury tours, this snorkeling tour is definitely a high quality choice! We had a fantastic day visiting Nong Nooch Tropical Garden, Buddha Mountain, Pattaya Floating Market and the Sanctuary of Truth. The itinerary was well organised and gave us plenty of time to enjoy each attraction without feeling rushed. A very special mention must go to our driver, who made the experience even better. He was friendly, professional, patient and extremely helpful throughout the day. He drove safely, kept us comfortable and made sure everything ran smoothly from beginning to end. His excellent service was one of the highlights of our tour. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience as a family and would happily recommend this tour, especially if you are fortunate enough to have [driver’s name] as your driver!
