Great overnight sleeping coach. The company will pick up from hotel and when arrive at the destination they will send you to the hotel. Their bus is very comfortable and nice to sleep overnight. In the office they provide mini pantry and rest room. In the bus have WiFi, charging port, TV, drinking water.★

I really liked this company's service! I needed a ride from Sapa to the airport. They contacted us promptly, met us at the hotel, and took us to the bus by minibus. There were plenty of stops along the way, allowing us to use the restroom and grab a bite to eat.★

I was a little nervous before the trip, but everything turned out great! I booked a VIP room with a 1-meter berth. Everything was convenient—headphones, phone charging. The staff were wonderful—they responded quickly via chat and answered questions thoroughly at the stations. The only thing I'd like to see is better waiting areas in the offices, especially in Sapa. Also, on the way back, the air conditioning was incredibly harsh. Thank you for your excellent service!★

Very friendly family run Homestay , close to walking street and the room is clean , walk thru alley and no cars pass by but accessible with motorcycle★

The seat/ bed is confortable. But there is no pick up from hotel to bus's office and no free sending to the destination hotel as described in the advertisement.
