Reviews: San Francisco 1-day tour [Golden Gate Bridge/Lombard Street/Fisherman's Wharf]

I booked this trip and was looking forward to it, but unfortunately, eight hours after departure, my son fell ill and could not walk a single step, so I contacted them. They told me they were looking for a hospital and doing their best, but that he might not be able to participate. I went to several hospitals, but I struggled to find one due to various reasons, such as being a foreigner, lack of insurance, and the absence of a pediatric specialist capable of treating children. Eventually, I paid $420 for treatment and submitted the medical records, but they said they could not issue a refund. What is the reason for not fully refunding a cost of 400,000 won? Even when flying, if the reason is health, they usually change the schedule or issue a refund. I initially asked if a refund wasn't possible, since I would be staying in San Francisco until Sunday, to at least allow him to participate in the same program on Saturday. The person in charge did not grant any of these requests and took my 400,000 won. I was upset because I heard that a Trip.com employee also requested a refund from the person in charge but was told it was not possible, and there was no further response. The person in charge speaks in Chinese, which I can only read via a translation. I find it difficult to recommend this trip. No one can predict when they might get sick, but since they don't offer refunds even when you are ill, what happened to me could happen to someone else. I was so upset that I went personally with my son today to take this photo.
Reviews: San Francisco Sonoma Plaza + Napa Valley Winery Tasting Day Tour Including Wine Tasting
Guest User2025-09-07
Today our destination was the famous Napa Valley winery and wine tasting. We passed through the charming town of Sausalito, which left a deep impression. The town was very quiet and peaceful, and we happened to arrive during their classic car show, which added a lively atmosphere – quite interesting! Our guide, Xiong, is not only very talkative but also a photography enthusiast, enthusiastically taking beautiful photos of each of us. He also took us to a local burger restaurant – delicious and inexpensive! Although none of us are big drinkers, the aroma of the Napa Valley winery still captivated us. Some of their wines aren't publicly sold, they're inexpensive, and most come in small packages. The winery architecture is also very distinctive, and thankfully, Xiong kept a permanent souvenir photo of us. Thank you, Xiong! 🌹 Great experience! 👍👍
