Very convenient. The plane landed, I turned on my phone, and I already had internet. Just remember to turn on data roaming for this card. The connection is good in Barocay, El Nido, and Karon.

This is the easiest eSIM I've ever used. With other brands, I had to navigate to the setup page for installation and manually activate it upon arrival. If I encountered problems during activation or had no internet access, I could contact customer service. However, the eSIM provided by trip.com not only installs automatically with a single click but also automatically detects and switches upon arrival or departure from the country—it's incredibly convenient. Furthermore, the price is low while maintaining good network quality; I almost never experienced any lag or loss of connection. Highly recommended!

Connecting to a local SIM card is a lot of work, so I just renewed my plan. The advice was to manually select a network on my smartphone—I did that and almost immediately reverted it to automatic. In my opinion, it's better that way. Overall, the e-SIM on Trip is really convenient and inexpensive. I'm flying from the Philippines to Thailand. I've already bought and installed a new e-SIM.

I used this eSIM while waiting in manila airport for my next flight. I installed it prior to arrival & it worked great when I landed. (Be sure to turn on roaming.) If you're staying for a few hours over 2 days, be sure to get the '24 hours' option.
