A delightful guide with excellent communication skills. Her explanations were full of anecdotes and interesting historical facts. The two-hour tour flew by. Highly recommended, even if you have some knowledge of art and ancient history.

Everything was perfect. The tour with transportation is perfect for families. As described, we received a Polish-language audio guide, but unfortunately, the batteries died quite quickly. It's a good thing we had four. Three of them died after 1.5 hours. Regardless, I highly recommend it. The bus transported us efficiently from the volcano to Pompeii.

I was able to enter smoothly as all I had to do was show my ticket at the gate. I had also downloaded an audio guide in advance, so I was able to tour Pompeii while listening to explanations. However, there is no audio guide available in Japanese, so if you don't understand English, I recommend using the service where a Japanese-speaking staff member will guide you.
