A great day out. Well organised and friendly staff. The meeting instructions were clear and the team were there early to greet everyone before we went to the coach. Spent 2 hours at Pompeii where the tour shows you the highlight and the key points before a lunch break. The lunch is not included but the restaurant has a set menu for €17 per person. The afternoon was a short drive up to the entrance to Vesuvius national park where tickets were provided and got to spend an hour to climb the final part to the peak where you get great views of the coast. Then a coach ride back to the start completes the day. Overall a great experience and well worth it as everything is well planned and organised. Would recommend.

Everything was perfect. The tour with transportation is perfect for families. As described, we received a Polish-language audio guide, but unfortunately, the batteries died quite quickly. It's a good thing we had four. Three of them died after 1.5 hours. Regardless, I highly recommend it. The bus transported us efficiently from the volcano to Pompeii.

Due to a train strike, we arrived 45 minutes late, and the group had already left. Luckily, we were able to join another group a little later! We had a great guide with interesting stories about the history and culture.

I was able to enter smoothly as all I had to do was show my ticket at the gate. I had also downloaded an audio guide in advance, so I was able to tour Pompeii while listening to explanations. However, there is no audio guide available in Japanese, so if you don't understand English, I recommend using the service where a Japanese-speaking staff member will guide you.

It was an incredible experience exploring Pompeii with such an expert guide as Luca. We were so lucky to find someone with so much talent, love for the place he shows us, and dedication to his work. One of the best tours of our lives. We hope to meet him again in the future. Highly recommended!


