Amazing experience our guide has so much information stuff that we would never have known if we hadn’t have used ExperienceFirst the meeting place was perfect. Everybody was so very happy with how the tours went. We had to contact customer service due to the heavy snow that came down in New York we had to reschedule customer service services were absolutely amazing. Tour guide was very knowledgeable of surrounding areas and knew alot of facts and was very helpful to us as well as be helped us figure out which subway train station to take to our next stop, he was a young man cannot remember his name best. This boat had the BEST views of the statue of liberty along with views of other famous landmarks. The only downside to this is a slow boarding process because there is a steep ramp you must go up to board tbe boat, other than that this tour A+ and they also have snacks, smoothies, beer, wine, and soft drinks on board to purchase.


