The chartered car service was fantastic! We were especially satisfied with the door-to-door pick-up and drop-off, which was incredibly convenient for us. Our itinerary, which started early, didn't have to be interrupted at all! 😁 The visit to the concentration camp went very smoothly, ending in the afternoon! Tomas drove exceptionally well and smoothly, and the drivers who provided the pick-up and drop-off service were all very friendly and welcoming! The only minor drawback was that the guide's explanations at the concentration camp could have been more detailed. It was a very impactful and serious occasion, and we hoped that the explanations wouldn't have been rushed due to the crowds!

The hotel's round-trip transportation was very thoughtful! The tour guide also explained things very carefully and clearly. It made me understand how Jews or those who were arrested in concentration camps were treated, which saddened me deeply.
