The tour was punctual, with no hard-sell shopping, and the air-conditioned minibus was comfortable and relaxing. Excellent value for money. The customer service contacted me via WeChat and email the day before my trip, meticulously informing me of the meeting time and point. I traveled with my family, and we were very satisfied with the overall service. Our tour guide was incredibly attentive and helpful. He not only explained a lot about Japanese history but also provided detailed information about the attractions. He even gave me tips on feeding the deer after arriving at Nara Park! I think 5 stars isn't enough to praise him! Our family had a very fulfilling trip! We even bought a black Hello Kitty plush toy!★

The tour starts early, but you'll have time to sleep on the bus. The tour is very fast, so there won't be much time to explore every corner. There's no guide, just a driver, but that's plenty.★

On the first day of our family trip to Osaka, we freely explored the city using the Osaka Amazing Pass, but registering the pass, setting the route, and finding our way were difficult, and our feet were on fire from all the walking. So, for the second day, we booked a bus tour to Kyoto and Nara. To start with, we were able to visit each attraction very comfortably. The guide highlighted the key points of each spot so well that we were able to avoid any trial and error on our first visit, making for a very comfortable and fulfilling trip. We also thoroughly enjoyed the lunch recommended by our guide, Mr. Kumun-gil, and our entire family was very satisfied. Thank you.★

This tour was prefect! I got to do everything I wanted and I didn’t feel rushed. It was a full day and by the end I was exhausted but fulfilled; I really enjoyed it.
