The bus is great and the staff are responsible and conscientious. I really recommend taking the bus to and from Halong Bay and Hanoi. There will be a rest stop in the middle where you can go to the toilet, buy some food and drinks, and of course, there are souvenirs for sale. There is no forced sales.

There is massage function on the bed. Although there is no toilet on the bus, there are 2-3stops for toiletry or eating.

This time, we booked a shared, luxurious 12-seater minibus, which was incredibly comfortable~ The interior was clean and spacious, with reclining seats, USB charging ports, and bottles of mineral water. The driver drove steadily and safely throughout the journey, even stopping for restroom breaks and some small purchases. It was quieter and more relaxing than I expected; the entire trip felt like a vacation. 😌 Best of all, we were dropped off directly at the Halong Bay pier, eliminating the need for transfers or luggage. For this price, this quality is a steal! 👏
