Great eSIM overall — setup was quick and easy, activation worked smoothly, and the connection has been reliable throughout my trip. I spent 10 days in Italy, and the internet speed was smooth and the price was reasonable. Outside the city, the connection was intermittent but quickly reconnected. I mostly uploaded photos to the cloud, using about 15GB in 10 days. Since I was on a tour, I spent most of my time visiting museums and following the itinerary, so I didn't have time to use my phone. Overall, I found it useful. (Be careful of pickpockets in Milan, Rome, and Florence).★

I really appreciated the staff's service, and it's close to the British Museum, about a 15-minute walk. It's a great location, incredibly clean, and I tried the breakfast buffet, which was very good, offering the basics but still quite nice.★
