What a wonderful day trip! I booked three days in advance, checked with customer service and was told there were still tickets available for the mini-train, so I immediately placed the order. The driver/guide was super punctual, very humorous, and provided commentary throughout the trip. He drove very smoothly, and I didn't feel carsick at all. The itinerary was also very well planned. Luckily, my fellow travelers in the group were also punctual. We returned to the city around 11 pm. Overall, I highly recommend it!★

An awesome experience on the Puffing Billy Steam Train & Phillip Island Penguin Parade One-Day Tour! The scenic steam train ride was charming and relaxing, and the visit to Maru Koala & Animal Park was a true highlight—getting up close and even touching the koalas and kangaroos was unforgettable. Ending the day with the magical Penguin Parade made the entire tour absolutely fantastic!★

We booked a day trip with the miniature train and penguin parade with them the day before, and had a great time. We then booked a Great Ocean Road day trip. Luckily, it was raining in Melbourne that morning, but the sun came out when we reached the Twelve Apostles! We took lots of photos, and even encountered some adorable wild koalas along the way. The scenery was beautiful, and the driver provided commentary. Highly recommended!★

The day is really tiring but exciting. Be prepared for a long way. The road is winding. Get ready for it if you are sensitive. The views are spectacular. The driver will give a lot of information at the beginning. He is helpful, punctual and friendly. All depends on the weather . We ere lucky . The day was sunny and hot .★

Since it was a small group, the driver picked us up at the hotel on time. The small crowds made the experience very good. The steam train burned coal, and the smoke was a bit dirty. I was covered in fine coal dust when I returned, so I tried not to open my mouth when facing the wind. The penguins were cute, and you could see them up close on the boardwalk. The starry sky was also beautiful. I had already seen the zoo in Brisbane, so I didn't go. I felt that an hour was a bit tight for the zoo. I would like to praise the driver and tour guide, Banban, for his steady driving and also for teaching us some sightseeing tips.★

We had the best day. Had always wanted to do the Great Ocean Road, and wasn't disappointed. Frank, our bus driver, was amazing and an absolute wealth of knowledge. He gave us the history of the Road as well as all the places in between. We would not have known all this without his expertise. Would highly recommend doing this day trip and Go West Tours.
