I used it in Prague, Vienna, London, and several locations in Croatia (Zagreb, Plitvice, Split, Dubrovnik), and I was generally able to get a good signal everywhere. I haven't used the "Customer Support" rating, so I've given it "Average," but that just means I didn't encounter any inconveniences that would require contacting support.

I couldn't register a SIM card in Belarus; I'd exhausted all attempts. It turned out I needed a VPN due to some restrictions. I canceled the reservation with the help of support and bought a new one. Everything worked with the VPN.
