It was my first time riding a hot air balloon. They contacted me the day before to let me know the pick-up time. They also came to pick me up at the hotel on time. The rest of the tour was smooth and they provided attentive support from the balloon ride to the return to the hotel. I took a ferry to the east coast where my hotel is located. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The tour that allows you to see the sunrise is a bit pricey, but it's definitely worth it.

Excellent English speaking tour guide named Hassan Esnawi who picked us up from our hotel and took us on a customised tour of the Tombs of valleys of the kings in Luxor. I appreciated how clear he was when speaking and his knowledge. We were tired and he also arranged for us to rest. 5 star!

They contacted me quickly the day before, confirmed the pickup time, and were very friendly. It was great. However, if you choose the right location for the hot air balloon ride, you can take great pictures. I failed at choosing the right location^^;;

Unbelievable! Such a professional business! Everything was wonderful from start to finish. Our pilot had over 10 years experience and it really showed. He managed to show us both countryside and Valley of Kings and Queens. Smooth as silk landing finished off a really top experience.


