It was my first time riding a hot air balloon. They contacted me the day before to let me know the pick-up time. They also came to pick me up at the hotel on time. The rest of the tour was smooth and they provided attentive support from the balloon ride to the return to the hotel. I took a ferry to the east coast where my hotel is located. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The tour that allows you to see the sunrise is a bit pricey, but it's definitely worth it.

Spectacular from start to end, we had to wait for air traffic control to give the go ahead, as soon as received the staff, team gave the greatest high fives, shouts, sprang into action to inflate the balloons it was a joy to watch. Our guide Hassan was fab, funny, enthusiastic. Our pilot Ramadan was awesome, the trip exceeded my expectations and this was my first ride. Great views, great team, staff and excellent pilot. Thank you,
