I couldn't connect the first time. My advice: after connecting, I recommend rebooting my phone. The connection is good, but there are some issues. I think it's a coverage issue in the country, not the carrier.

I couldn't get it to work at the airport so I bought a hard Sim card....later I contacted customer support via WhatsApp. They were excellent. The problem was that the code had to be entered manually not by cut and paste. I will give them another try now I know what to do. I can't really say how good as I have 2 Sims with physical and esim.
