I had some trouble with how to handle the emails and SMS messages for booking confirmation beforehand, but TRIP.com helped me out and I was able to participate in the tour without any problems. If the tour operator needs to communicate directly with the tour company, I think it would be helpful if they announced which app is required and provided information about safety, which would prevent misunderstandings like this. The guide was very friendly, enthusiastic, and provided thorough assistance, making it a wonderful experience. The magical sight of the fireflies and the sunset over the sea are memories I will never forget. I highly recommend this tour to anyone going to Borneo.

My family had a great experience from local guide Calvin. He was helpful and patience in answering all our questions and provide great insight to the culture and heritage of KK. The itinerary wasn't strictly according to a schedule, but it was quite reasonable. The time was also very tight. The tour guide was very experienced. The ATV ride wasn't suitable for someone like me with little strength; I couldn't control it, but thankfully the driver helped me, so I experienced it from the back seat. I saw three Rafflesia flowers, but the price has gone up; the entrance fee is 30 Malaysian Ringgit (it used to be 20). You absolutely must try the black pork; it's so delicious, with a charcoal-grilled flavor! Great value for money!

The Handsome Jeff Tan is a wonderful person to be our local tour guide cum chauffeur. He is knowledgeable of the places where we visited. He was energetic during the trip, capable of finding short-cut country roads when there were traffic jams at main roads. He drove for day and night without feeling tired!
