Was easy to find the tour as it was right at the NCL Pier! The guide was informative on our way to Piran. We had enough time in Piran to walk on our own...shop...and have lunch. Beautiful town on the water.

Our guide, Primos (spelling?) was outstanding! He shared facts and stories about the places we visited and modified our tour when we were too tired to do much more walking. He is rightfully very proud of his city, Lyubljana, and made us feel like we were visiting a friend showing off his hometown. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone. Thank you for a memorable day!

Jerneja was a wonderful guide for our truffle hunting and preparing tour. She introduced us to truffle hunter Valdi and his lab/golden retriever mix Bistra and explained the rigorous training that was required for such an endeavor as well as gave interesting background information about truffles (including useful tips on how to spot real and fresh truffles at a restaurant). Bistra found about 8 truffles during our 45 minute hunt. Best of all, we then went back to Jerneja’s house where she taught us how to prepare and cook some of the truffles we had just gathered in a delicious fuži pasta dish, accompanied with some wine, juice and small bites. Overall a really fun, tasty and informative culinary adventure!

From start to finish you couldn’t ask for a better service. Pick up was prompt, our tour guide David was extremely polite, helpful and friendly. Loved the caves and castle- a must see.

Excellent internet while traveling, and for next to nothing. We went to Istanbul, and everything worked perfectly, without any issues from the start. This division of plans into 4G/5G is largely unclear; in fact, the same eSIM card works in 3G (most likely in 2G as well, I haven't tried it). I immediately installed the profile on the Switch eSIM adapter (bought from Ozon), and then the SIM card worked in my smartphone and shared data. Not a single disconnection in 5 days! There are a lot of eSIM providers, but this one is probably one of the most affordable. One downside is that I didn't find unlimited data in the plans (other providers offer this). It's fair to say that it's not for everyone, but it would be nice to have this option.

Skocjan Cave was the highlight of our trip in Slovenia! It’s the biggest underground cave in Europe and it’s so awesome! The hike is very organised and not long at all, maybe 2km in total. As the guide stops every now and then to talk about the cave, there’re enough breaks to catch your breath. Note that you definitely need to be able to climb up and down stairs in a diy lit environment. Piran was gorgeous too - small but beautiful coastal town. Alhough we had 3 hours there, I wish we could stay longer! Nina our driver was really knowledgeable and super nice. The tour company deserves 5 stars as well, for spotting bad weather and dangerous road conditions that morning and checked if we wanted to do this on another day. They usually don’t do tours on Saturdays but were so kind to reschedule it then for us. Really made our holiday!


