I used it in Prague, Vienna, London, and several locations in Croatia (Zagreb, Plitvice, Split, Dubrovnik), and I was generally able to get a good signal everywhere. I haven't used the "Customer Support" rating, so I've given it "Average," but that just means I didn't encounter any inconveniences that would require contacting support.★

Excellent eSIM! I used it while traveling through Serbia and Montenegro. The signal quality and connection speed were excellent even when changing countries. Setting up was also very easy. This eSIM is easy to use. Simply scan the QR code in your iPhone's Settings to install it, then activate it. However, you need an internet connection because it requires internet before installation. After installation, you can use the internet from the eSIM. It's also inexpensive.
