The redemption process is quick and efficient, the counter is just in front of the airport mrt gate. Just present the QR code and within 3 mins already received the mrt token and easycard. The easycard is preloaded with 200ntd, which is very convenient without having to self reload. It is able to accommodate up to 6 rides.

This pass allows you to travel between Taoyuan Airport and Taipei Main Station, and provides unlimited rides on the Taipei Metro without needing to top up your balance. It's extremely convenient if you plan to use the subway to some extent. I would definitely use it again if I use Taoyuan Airport in the future.
