Worried about getting carsick on the bus, I opted for a minivan. I used this company for both the outbound and return trips. The driver from the high-speed rail station to Jiuzhaigou was exceptionally good; he was very enthusiastic and friendly, telling us a lot about the scenic spots along the way. He was easy to talk to and drove very smoothly. The driver on the return trip from Jiuzhaigou to the high-speed rail station was also very punctual and provided excellent service. I highly recommend him!★

Convenient and easy booking for transport from the station to Jiuzhaigou. Communication was clear as we received message with the driver name, contact number and vehicle number night before the trip which made it easy to find the bus at the parking lot upon arrival. Bus was clean and comfortable for the 2 hour ride.★

Very comfortable bus. Punctual for pickup and arrival... I would improve the cleanliness of the luggage compartment; the backpacks came out quite dusty.★

Out driver was very nice. He treat us well. But this tour only provide you from pick up point then send you to the entrance of the national park and leave you to explore the national park by yourself. No one can understand english. so, good luck.★

An efficient and punctual service. The driver notified me (I had indicated beforehand where we would be stopping) at the correct stop upon arrival. We got a little confused finding the departure point because there was construction in that part of the station and dozens of people approached us trying to get us to book their transport or accommodation (I suppose).★

The weather was great that day! The director chatted with us the whole way, was quite humorous, and introduced the sights to us. The car drove smoothly and arrived at the station early and on time. The trip ended just in time, with plenty of time to spare. However, it would be better to stay overnight if possible. The weather was alright, and we spent relatively little time there, so there wasn't much water. I'll definitely make time to come back and experience a different side of Jiuzhaigou.
