The service provided by the Chinese-speaking tour guide was impeccable. Meeting someone from your hometown in a foreign land felt especially heartwarming. Highly recommended for Chinese tourists visiting Banff!

I was a little worried at first since I booked the tour alone, but it turned out to be a truly satisfying day. The guide shared interesting stories and provided excellent explanations of the locations during our travels, which allowed me to enjoy Banff and the surrounding attractions more deeply. In particular, they pointed out great photo spots and took many pictures for me, enabling me to create beautiful memories even while traveling alone. I was grateful for their constant care and attention, especially when I was struggling due to the hot weather. Thanks to the kind and cheerful guide, the atmosphere was fantastic; even though I was on a solo tour, I didn't feel lonely at all and had a wonderful time. I think this will remain a fond memory, along with the beautiful scenery of Banff!

My winter day trip was spectacular with one other couple from my country and our tour guide, Layse M. Specifically, we went to (in no particular order) Marble Canyon - Yoho National Park - Emerald Lake - Natural Bridge - Lake Louise - Banff Town. Layse was very informative about the history and cultural heritage of Banff National Park (and all the sub-parks). Going at this time of year, certain parks are closed off, such as Moraine Lac, to those of the general public who aren’t aware of the safety concerns this time of year. If you are new to snow, consider bringing along snow spikes, however the parks are decently equipped with guard rails as well if you like to climb. Thank you to Layse and Westar Travel for a great time to connect with the Canadian Rockies.
