Buy and use now, get off the plane and buy in the app, you can immediately scan passport self-service ticket collection at Off Air. The round trip between Osaka and Hiroshima is worth the price of admission. It's cheaper to go to Amahashidate again! But note that you can't take the Shinkansen from Osaka to Kyoto!
