Great activity! Super fun to experience and the food was really yummy, plus you can buy more drinks through their menu at the table through weixin. Performance was great. Booking process was smooth. No need call in advance, and a person did message to ask if I needed help with chartering a car, as well as answered my questions promptly. Getting there was easy and the entrance was big, people at the front guide you to a counter, just had to let them know that I booked and just confirmed with them the seats I was allocated by email. Highly recommend!

Very good experience... The only thing not good is waiting to do make up. They don't have the queue system. Those who is good at snatching gets to do the make up first. They took nice photo and give U one free photo. If U want all photos, U have to pay extra.

A great experience for my teenage boy. He enjoys the whole experience ( we didn’t opt for costume) but still it was very enjoyable. We went for the Chinese performance. The food was alright, the best dish is the soup with fish maw, sea cucumber and abalone. Sharing some pics here.

Visited on May 7, 2026; too busy back then to write a review till now. 1. Atmosphere Fantastic immersive vibe! Hardworking NPCs deliver lively shows and frequent front-row interactions. The crew sang birthday songs for my mum, and the auction (swap gifts for wine/fruit plates or private dances) was lovely. Minor flaws in event flow are covered by cast’s passion. 2. Environment & Scale Plain pre-event space, but the main banquet hall is gorgeous and grand. Only two makeup artists on site: early guests get nice styling, latecomers wait long. Themed outfits greatly improve immersion. 3. Food Food is unexpectedly great, well worth coming for the meals alone. Final Thought Perfect venue for birthday parties, creates unforgettable memories.

Was a bit confusing to redeem the tickets but there is a specific counter beside the west gate ticket office. Great experience, had complimentary access to the observation deck on 108 F. Food was average , not filling, views were amazing
