I want to give a huge shout-out to Jeff. He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful from the moment we walked up. My kids couldn’t decide what they wanted, and instead of getting frustrated or rushing them, Jeff took his time, made suggestions, and genuinely helped them choose toys they would love. He was so sweet with the kids, he even chatted with them about Christmas, toys, and what they were excited for. You could tell he truly cared about making their experience fun and memorable, not just getting us through the line. Thank you for having an employee who is genuinely caring, respectful, and clearly loves what he does. Jeff made our visit special, and we appreciate him more than he knows!
