We did the 5:20 tour- it was about 1 1/2 hours. Excellent tour. Renee, the guide, was very knowledgeable and personable. We learned so much and enjoyed meeting and watching the devils!★

After taking us there, the tour leader dismissed us without providing specific directions to the designated attractions. The itinerary was mediocre, and while we were primarily looking for places to visit, the tour leader took us to a very inappropriate one. Overall, the tour leader's service was just average.★

The animals were healthy and active at the 10 30 session we attended. the enclosures allowed excellent viewing The guide was knowledgeable. Very enjoyable for us and our English visitors.
