Very convenient! Just walk straight ahead from the airport exit and you'll see the foreign visitor service station. The staff were very kind, gentle, and attentive, showing us how to use it. They even helped us choose the fastest train and seats. We used the ticket for our round trip from New Chitose to Noboribetsu, and then went to Otaru the following day, so the ticket price was already covered. The ticket holder was also very cute. Highly recommended!Trip.com Picks
