The booking process and information provided for managing seats was great. However, the location of the booking confirmation that needs to be presented at the port is somewhat confusing. Furthermore, there's no information about the cost of carrying luggage and paying the port porters. They charge 200 PHP for porter services, and for the luggage (two large and two small bags), I had to pay 700 PHP. Only the first 10 kg are free. If I had to give a score, I'd give 10 for the ease of managing tickets and the information provided, and an 8 for the lack of information about extras.★

If you don't have a foreign bank card, you can buy a boat ticket here. The ticket initially costs 1,000 pesos, but it's more expensive here. A motorboat pulls up to the shore, you have to wade in the water, then you're taken to the boat itself, and workers load your suitcases for 100 pesos. The ride takes 1 hour and 40 minutes, and we departed 30 minutes late. We saw dolphins along the way.★

I booked a transfer service because I was worried about not being able to get a Grab (ride-hailing service) to the port early in the morning. They picked me up on time and even took me to the entrance so my suitcases would be easier to carry. I had a lot of luggage, so it was a great help.
