The guide provided excellent explanations throughout the journey and during the visits. The bus driver was very friendly. Ghent and Bruges are magnificent. I highly recommend this tour.

The itinerary was very well arranged. Since it was a tour booked for my parents, I especially didn't want the itinerary to be too rushed and tire them out. I am grateful to the tour guide for his thoughtful arrangements (the itinerary was moved up a day due to weather conditions, which did not affect the mountain climbing and rafting)!
