We simply found Bodh Gaya, a sacred place for attaining positive energy and self insight. The Great Buddha statue which we saw was the biggest in India. Mahabodhi temple where the Lord Buddha attained spiritual powers was truly pleasant . Bodhi tree and the Archaeological museum with statues and pillars of 3rd and 4th Centuries was simply magical

Though his knowledge of speaking in English was limited he was able to provide me with an excellent tour of Madabodhi temple & the surrounding area. Special mention must also be given to him for being very punctual in picking me up from the hotel.

There were no additional costs. + The restaurant we went to was clean and tidy + The guide knew all the people and procedures at the destination very well. He managed everything very professionally and smoothly. You had the feeling that he knew every move. + Water was provided free of charge. + The tour contained no unpleasant surprises such as store visits with pressure to buy + The guide was very friendly. Both driver and guide were always very courteous. + You felt safe at all times + The guide spoke good english Minus: The Restaurant charged extra fees.


