Trip's staff are quick, efficient, and friendly. If you want a birthday cake, just sit in the hallway and they'll deliver it. Highly recommended. Cheaper than *****.

It was a very interesting day trip. Since the journey from the city center was about 60-70 kilometers, the transportation was very convenient. The tour guide was very patient in explaining everything.

I wanted to avoid a chaotic place since I was traveling with my family and children, and this place was so relaxing and nice. The food was neat and tidy, and the staff service was especially friendly and great! My parents were satisfied as well. I recommend taking the Sawadi Cruise instead of the crowded ones :)

The lounge is great, but booking through Trip is a disaster. Normally you get a QR code. With Trip, the booking information is confusing, and the QR code is nowhere to be found... the receptionist spent a good 10-15 minutes looking for my booking while I searched through messages and the booking confirmation. Abysmal service from Trip.
