The day was long. I don’t think I would do it again. Too short a time at each stop. Not that it was the fault of the tour, it’s just a long day of driving around with not much content.

I only used this service for a one-way trip from Malpensa Airport to Milan Central Station. I considered the Malpensa Express, but chose this service to save money. I bought the ticket on the day of travel, and it was fine. I didn't know where the platform was, but a staff member kindly showed me the way. It seems to run once an hour, so if you get on early, you'll have to spend time on the train until departure. You have to pick up your own luggage. I was worried about my luggage being mixed up or stolen. If you're worried about that, I recommend sitting near the entrance/exit.

Many thanks to Daniel, who brilliantly led this tour in three languages (French, English, and Portuguese!) at a native level and made this boat trip on the lake truly magical! Thank you to the entire team for their kindness and helpfulness; I highly recommend this outing!
