How to use
The guide will notify you of the meeting time and location via SMS or phone call before 9 PM the day before. Please pay attention to incoming calls.
 
On the day of your trip, please gather at the designated meeting point with the reserved contact phone number/name of the traveler.
 
Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time to check in with the Green Vest Busda guide.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:59, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:59 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note

Onboard [Special Ticket Purchase Policy] Details:

1: Mutianyu Great Wall admission ticket: ¥40/person.

Student tickets: $20 per person. Free admission for children under 1.2m. Military ID holders: $20 per person. Free admission ticket for disability certificate holders.

2. Round-trip cable car or ropeway: ¥140/adult. Children under 1.2m ride for free, while those 1.2m and above pay the adult price.
