Starting May 1, 2025, visitors entering Thailand must complete an arrival card. Please fill out the arrival card online in advance for smoother immigration clearance.

Suvarnabhumi Airport has two terminals (new terminal and old terminal). If your flight arrives at the new terminal, golf carts cannot enter. You will need to walk forward after disembarking, then take the underground subway - use the slide to reach the old terminal where golf carts with signs will pick you up. Please note this before placing your order! You may consult customer support to confirm whether your flight arrives directly at the old terminal or connects via an airport jet bridge.

The fast-track service at Thailand's four major airports is only applicable to Chinese passport holders eligible for visa exemption. If you hold a passport of another nationality, please select the package "Other Nationality Passports [Personal Reception + Exclusive VIP Fast-Track Service]" when placing your order.
7: The passport must have no negative records. If there are any, please inform us in advance (e.g., previously holding a Thai Buddhist study visa, volunteer visa, over 2 extensions of pandemic visas, single stay exceeding one month, multiple round-trip entries within one year, detention, visa denial, deportation, re-entry permits, or overstays - all count as negative records).

If genuinely studying in Thailand, the school must provide relevant documentation as guarantee, as customs may call the school for verification).
Note: Customs clearance assistance does not guarantee 100% entry under all circumstances. Even if you are deported on the same day, you may re-enter immediately if clearance assistance is available.
