Great. There are too many ruins in the city, and you can stroll around the suburbs for a day. Especially Villa d'Este, it is completely a natural high-difference fountain.★

Fabio was an excellent extremely knowledgeable guide who knew not only exquisite details and history of Villa Adriana and Villa di Este but also of Roman history in general. Picked up from our hotel with a quick ride to Villa Adriana we were there before others arrived giving us a very private visit. Highly recommended.★

Villa d'Este is visited primarily to see the fountains with their water features in action! It's a shame that on the day of our visit (including the three days before and three days after), the fountains weren't working! We were immediately notified of this "inconvenience" at the ticket office, so much so that by purchasing tickets on site, we would have been entitled to a discount (whereas we paid a supplement for the presale). We are deeply disappointed by this poor service! A refund for this incident would be appreciated. Your company should have notified us, as they were certainly aware of the situation. The audio guide descriptions are truly concise, considering the wonders on display, particularly at Hadrian's Villa. This isn't the first time I've purchased a package from Get Your Guide; in the past, I've always had good experiences, but I can't say the same for this latest experience.
