Once this card is activated, the 5G mobile data allowance will take effect immediately, and all stored value will be deducted accordingly.

Subject to the validity date stated on the smart card sleeve, this card is valid until 23:59 Hong Kong time on the 365th day from the day after activation.

If the package validity period exceeds the prepaid card's expiration date, all services associated with this card will be automatically suspended without prior notice when the prepaid card expires. Customers must top up to extend the prepaid card's validity period to continue using the services.

Note

The 5G data service is only available in Hong Kong and Mainland China, and cannot be used in other regions.

This product currently only supports delivery within Hong Kong.

Hong Kong express delivery only supports mobile numbers with +852/+853/+86 (Hong Kong/Macau/Mainland China) for receiving goods

What's included
This card only includes 12GB of shared data for Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Once the data limit is reached, the data service will be automatically terminated. If customers wish to continue using data services, they must first cancel their existing plan and apply for a new data plan. Any unused data from the original plan will also be forfeited.
2000 minutes of local calls in Hong Kong
This card only provides mobile data, local voice calls, and SMS services, and does not include other value-added services.

How to activate
 
Insert the prepaid SIM card into a compatible smartphone to activate it, and you will receive a confirmation SMS. This card can be activated in Hong Kong.
 
Activation Steps:
① Connect to Wi-Fi. Scan the QR code at the bottom left corner of the prepaid card for real-name registration. (Skip this step if activating outside Hong Kong.)
② Dial *103*800# to activate (or select "Activate Now"). You will receive an SMS with your phone number and balance upon successful activation.
③ Upon successful activation, data services in Mainland China and Hong Kong will be immediately available, and the prepaid balance will be deducted. The following details will be sent via SMS:
Mobile phone number of the prepaid card
Prepaid balance and its expiry date
 
Additional Notes & Reminders:
- Network Connection: Before starting the activation process, connect your phone to a stable Wi-Fi network or use mobile data from another SIM card to ensure a smooth process.
- APN Settings: If you cannot access the internet after activation, check your phone's Access Point Name (APN) settings and ensure the name is set to "CMHK," leaving the proxy server and port fields blank.
- Real-Name Registration: If only using roaming services (including Mainland China), dial *103*800# in the roaming area and enable mobile data roaming (no real-name registration required). To use both Hong Kong local and roaming services, complete real-name registration for the prepaid card first.
- Activate the prepaid card before the expiry date printed on the SIM card packaging.
- Subject to the above expiry date, the card will be valid until 23:59 Hong Kong time on the 365th day from the activation date.
Change & cancellation policies
No fees will be charged for cancellations requested before 23:59 on the day of booking date.
A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested after 23:59 on the day of booking date.
This product cannot be canceled after ticket activation, or reservation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

1. When using this card, you must use the designated network providers (Mainland China: CMCC; Hong Kong: CMHK; Macau: CTM; Taiwan: Chunghwa Telecom).

2. Customer Service Hotline: Please refer to the label on the product casing, which displays the official customer service hotline number.
