Eligibility
- Children with a height of 115 cm or below or under 6 years old can ride Taipei Metro/buses for free upon presenting valid identification.
- Users must be at least 18 years old to purchase a Chunghwa Telecom SIM card. Those under 18 years of age should not proceed with purchase or redemption.

EasyCard Usage Guidelines
Please check the time slot of the redemption counter before booking to ensure it aligns with your flight schedule.
Booking Eligibility: All passengers who wish to purchase concession cards should contact the redemption counter.
The card can be used indefinitely and is limited to one person per card
To use the EasyCard function, please ensure it is topped up in advance. The card itself cannot be returned or exchanged, but any remaining stored value can be refunded at the information counters of Taipei MRT stations (a handling fee of TWD20 applies). Note that once a refund for the stored value is processed, the card can no longer be topped up or used.
If your EasyCard is damaged during use, please contact the EasyCard customer support hotline at (02)412-8880 or bring the card to the information counter at any Taipei MRT station for processing.
Notes for using Chunghwa Telecom SIM cards:
This SIM card is only valid for use in Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu regions
This card can be used to top up call credits at all 7-11 and FamilyMart convenience stores across Taiwan during its validity period (minimum top-up amount is TWD300). Any unused balance will not be refunded after the expiration date.

Based on network connection quality and fair usage principles, telecom companies may, at their discretion, restrict data usage for users who consume excessive amounts of data within a short period, without prior notice.
The mobile phone must support SIM card insertion and replacement, and must not be a China Telecom customized device or a locked device. If the SIM card cannot be used after redemption due to personal device issues, a refund cannot be requested.

Chunghwa Telecom SIM card and Asia Pacific Telecom SIM card: Only 1 card can be purchased per passenger
The certificate requires in-person processing, and bookmark applications cannot be handled. Personal information verification is required.

Chunghwa Telecom SIM Card Redemption Guidelines:
- When redeeming the card, you must provide two valid identification documents: a passport and one of the following issued by the Taiwan Immigration Agency - Exit & Entry Permit for Taiwan, China, visa, boarding pass, entry stamp, visitor permit, residence permit, or international student ID card, to facilitate card activation at the counter.
- Personal presence required, ID must belong to the applicant, application signing cannot be delegated, personal information verification required, original ID documents must meet specifications (copies or photos are not acceptable)
- Chinese nationals: Passport + Entry Permit/Exit & Entry Permit for Taiwan, China + Residence Permit
- Hong Kong and Macau travelers: Passport + Entry Permit/Passport + Residence Permit
- Taiwanese: ID card + passport / ID card + National Health Insurance card / passport + driver's license / ID card + driver's license (all documents must be issued by the Taiwanese government). On-site upper body photo will be taken and both IDs will be photocopied for identity verification.
